Just talked to live rep at IRS.?
Just got off the phone with rep at IRS-820 am CST. He was okay friendly but had no exact information. I filed with Tax Act and was accepted on 1/17 for a direct deposit refund. The WMR site has been saying 1/31 since 1/20 and then this morning it went to 'information may be incorrect'. The rep told me my return was accepted on 1/17 and processed but "may" have been delayed and I "may" not get it until 2/01 or 2/03, he was not sure. The automated phone system still says it will be received by 01/31. So, I don't have time now to spend another 45 minutes on the phone so I will call them again 1/26 and see if there is someone who "may" know more accurate information. I just wanted to pass along the info because I know everyone is waiting impatiently.

Just wondering if anybody who filed on jan 17 get their refund yet?
I filed on the 17th and the irs phone system said I should receive my refund by refund by 2/7

Anyone else having issues with the IRS where's my refund?
I filed my taxes and they were accepted on 01/23/2012, and the refund cycle chart says to expect my return around 02/01/2012. I checked the where's my refund site this morning and it said it is being processed and if there are no delays than to expect it around 02/07/2012 and that is also what the automated phone line says. I checked it again around 12:00pm today and it either can't find my info or says: We are sorry, we cannot provide any information about your refund. It can take up to 3 weeks to process your return. Please wait at least one week before you log-on again to check the status of your refund. But the phone system is still saying 02/07/2012. I'm freaking out I am needing my return and really hoping there is nothing wrong. Is anyone else having issues with this? Hoping it is just a glitch in the system.
