What is the average cell phone bill...?
I'm 20, and in college. I used pay as you go phones but I hate them. I'm looking to upgrade to a plan phone through ATT. In a best case scenario, whenever this new Iphone comes out, I'm hoping it lowers the cost of Iphone 4, and I kind of want one of those, but I'm not willing to wait. How much is the average price of an Iphone cell phone bill? Also, I was looking at the free phones on ATT, and I'm willing to pay for those. I'd only need the 450 mins, but I'd like unlimited texting. Internet is an option. I dont have to have it though on a free phone. Umm, I live in Texas if that matters. Any suggestions?

Verizon plan phone question?
So I got a new phone about a year and a half ago, just a dinky little flip phone, and we put it on the 2 yr contract. About 4 months ago I lost it, and after not being able to find it we switched over my number to another really old phone my dad had, a 9 yr old trio. This phone is so old and doesn't really work anymore, but my dad insists that it's impossible to get a new phone (even a small little flip phone) without paying at least $200. Is this true? Why can't I just get a new little phone for cheap and switch my 2 yr plan to that one??
