Compare Cell Phone Companies to Understand Their Real Value

Witnessing a phenomenal growth in the telecom sector, the US telecom market has something for all. Understanding the needs of increased demands of cell phones, there are several manufacturers (like Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon etc) who are making various models to meet the diverse requirements of the wide-spread consumers.

Over the years, the number of cell phone users has increased considerably. This has further lead to the emergence of scores of cell phone makers. Surviving tough competition, each cell phone company is claiming to offer the best product. The market is flooded with different models, each possessing some special features. In such a scenario, where several manufacturers are co-existing simultaneously and are offering the same line of product, the consumers are required to be more aware and educated about them.

For all the tech-savvy people who like to own the best cell phone model available in the city, it is vital to compare Cell Phone Companies before you go for their product. When you compare cell phone providers, you evidently come to know about their products and services. If you make a careful read, you will be able to differentiate between the services provided by different Cell Phone Companies and hence make the right choice.

Every cell phone company be it AT&T or Verizon or any other company, aims to develop broad clientele base. Hence they try to make their products very attractive and go for huge publicity campaigns. The luring ads often seem to perplex the consumers. They fail to judge the appropriate models. However if you compare wireless companies, you make a comparative analysis between different cell phone providers. It helps you to decide which company is offering relatively better products and services.

For instance, an online site made valid comparisons between two cell phone providers i.e. AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile. It compared the models of both the cell phone providers on the basis of pricing, service, coverage and quality of phone. Based on these data, it also recommended their suitability for different types of users. Clients requirements, budget and preferences vary from person to person and hence suitability of models also vary accordingly.

Another comparative study between AT&T Wireless and Verizon clearly highlighted the difference between them on the basis of their product's special features and customer service provided by them. Both the factors are very essential from the buyer's point of view. Before purchasing any model a prospective buyer would like to learn about its unique features. And not to forget customer service is an important provision that clients look forward to resolve their phone issues, as and when they crop up.

There are several websites that provide useful and valid comparisons between different wireless companies. The more you visit these sites, the better you will understand the different cell phone providers. Based on these data, you can compare Cell Phone Companies and learn more about their strengths as well as weakness. Analyzing each aspect judiciously will further help you to identify the suitable brand, with better credibility.

Is there a way to Bypass the Cell Phone Deposit?
I've been to 2 cell phone companies today hoping to get a phone but it turns out I need to make a cell phone deposit of 300-500 dollars for 3 months. I can afford it, but I cannot spend all that money right now, that is ridiculous. I tried BELL and Virgin Mobile, and a bunch of phones on both... Is there a way I can bypass this? Or a company that does not do this?

My cellphone company lied to me, is there anything I can do?
I have been with T-Mobile for 12 years. For the first few years they were Great, I couldn?t ask for a better cell phone company. All of a sudden in the last 2 years or so, they have plummeted to the point where they are making me sick. They have pulled their trickery with me a couple of time, but this latest situation brought me to my breaking point. In September I called customer service on an unrelated topic, right before I hung up the Rep asked if I wanted to re-new my contract (I had 5 phone lines on my account) and I said I was not interested. The Rep told me I currently had a great deal, and that T-Mobile was likely going to merge with AT&T. If the merge happened they were going to raise my rates unless I re-newed my contract. I was a little scared but I still said no. Then the Rep told me if I re-newed for 2 years my current rate plans would be safe for 2 years and I was eligible for 5 new phones at full discount (depending on what phone I chose the phone could be free or maybe $10-$20). The Rep told me I could call in and claim my 5 phones at full discount anytime during the 2 years. So between the scare tactic of telling me my rates would increase after the merge and after offering the news phone, I thought it was a good idea and agreed to the 2 year contract. About a month later I called up to order a phone and they told me that in order to receive a new phone at full discount I would need to agree to ANOTHER 2 year contract (making my contract 4 years). That is NOT what the original Rep told me. I called Customer Service and spoke with them dozens of times and I repeatedly wrote to their corporate office in New Mexico. It took a bunch of letters for them to even realize what I was trying to say and when they finally understood, they simply said ?We can?t help you. If you want a new phone you need ANOTHER 2 year contract?. How dare they do this to their customers? Especially those of us who have been with them for over a decade!!!! I would get rid of them today if I could, but I would have to pay an early termination fee for all 5 lines ..aaaaahhh! Does anyone have any advice?? Please help!! Thanks. Thanks so much guys for taking the time to answer. Mr./Ms in the Navy, there is no chance of me moving. I own the house where I live so to sell a house and move just to get away from a 2 year contract is pretty much not an option =/ Thanks though. Boy T-Mobile stinks!
