i heard of a few people who said motorola phone tools does not work on thier newer Razr phone. True for V3c?
One guy told me he has a newer than V3c, something like a Vcm Razr, and he paid for the motorola phone tools download, and he still can't get his Windows Xp computer to get his data like pictures, video, phone book, etc onto his computer. If that's the case, I wish I bought a different phone. I think maybe he didn't know how to put pictures and stuff thru the data cable on his computer. Anyone familiar with this problem? IS THERE a web sight to down load free software to get our RAZR data on to our computers, for FREE? Again, my V3c doesn't have the internet, but I have a data cable, that was supposed to work, according to a store salesman. What good is a picture phone or video camera phone when you can't hook it up to a computer and then email the photo or video for free? I'm open for web sights that can fix this seemingly common problem. By the way, my phone did NOT come with the Motorola Phone Tools cable nor software. I do not have Easy EDge with my USCellular plan.
